enteric insufficiency, acute pancreatitis, intestine

The article deals with identifying enteric insufficiency and its role in the manifestation of the severity of acute pancreatitis since the intestine plays the most critical role in the pathogenesis and progression of this disease, especially in its severe course. Analysis of the literature has shown that enteric insufficiency manifestations play a decisive role in the severity of the course and the danger of a fatal outcome of acute pancreatitis. Its timely detection at an early stage of the disease can serve as a kind of guarantee for predicting the course and success of the treatment. It has been shown that the current lack of clear understanding of many  ПРОБЛЕМНЫЕ СТАТЬИ И ОБЗОРЫ links in the pathogenesis of enteric insufficiency in acute pancreatitis and clinically reliable methods of its diagnosis makes it difficult to choose the most rational therapeutic tactics.
