Аннотация

Abuzus bosh og’rig’i (ABO) - migren yoki zo’riqish bosh og’rig’i singari birlamchi bosh og’riqlari xurujlarini bartaraf etish uchun analgetiklar yoki triptanlar kabi boshqa dorilarni haddan tashqari iste'mol qilish natijasida yuzaga keladigan ikkilamchi bosh og'rig'idir. Aholining taxminan 1% vaqti-vaqti bilan oyiga 10 ga yaqin turli xil analgetiklar qabu qiladi. Tarqalishi, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy xarajatlar, yuqori takrorlanish darajasi tufayli ABO ham sog'liqni saqlash tizimi, ham amaliyotchi shifokorlar uchun muhim muammodir. Maqolada ABO kelib chiqish tarixi, epidemiologiyasi, patofiziologiyasi, komorbidliligi, xavf omillari, profilaktikasi, diagnostik mezonlari va davolashning eng samarali yondashuvlari masalalari muhokama qilinadi.
